We operate as an async-first studio; email is the fastest and preferred contact channel and is monitored on business days.

3. Nature of business

TRUTERAX is a Cape Town web studio that designs, builds and maintains websites, web applications and SaaS products for businesses in the Western Cape and worldwide. Every project is quoted to the client’s brief. Clients own the bespoke code. We are POPIA-aligned. We do not sell packaged “from” prices on this website; the approved written quote is the price. Ad-hoc support and development after launch is billed at one standard hourly rate (ask for the current figure with the brief).

As required by section 55 of the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 ("POPIA"), the sole director of TRUTERA X (PTY) LTD serves as Information Officer ex officio until otherwise appointed.

Online purchasing is not yet available on this website. Before we begin offering products for sale or subscription online, this section will be expanded with the remaining section 43(1) particulars for electronic transactions, including full pricing, manner of payment, delivery terms, the record-of-transaction access period, our return/refund policy, and consumers' cooling-off rights under section 44 of the ECT Act.
